FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Australian Exhibition Services joins forces with the Victorian Wine Industry Association to serve up the ultimate list of food and wine events
Australian Exhibition Services (AES) has joined forces with the Victorian Wine Industry Association (VWIA) to bring together three of the country’s most successful wine events.
The partnership will see the popular Exhibition of Victorian Winemakers become a key feature within the Good Food & Wine Show in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane as well as in Fine Wine & Spirits, Australia’s only dedicated trade event for the wine, beer and spirits industry.
This year, the Good Food & Wine Show (www.www.goodfoodshow.com.au) will take place in Melbourne (June 16-18), Sydney (June 23-25) and Brisbane (10-12 November) and is expected to attract over 600 exhibitors and more than 70,000 visitors. Fine Wine & Spirits (www.wineandspirits.com.au) is returning to Melbourne (11-14 September) and is once again projected to attract over 10,000 trade visitors.
Mark McKenzie, Chief Executive of the VWIA said “The VWIA is delighted to be joining forces with one of Australia’s largest and most successful exhibition organisers. This partnership is set to deliver immediate results for our members and we believe these events will only continue to grow over the coming years”.
James Laing, Exhibition Director of the Good Food & Wine Show and Fine Wine and Spirits was equally happy with the tie up, saying: “It has long been AES’s wish to work more closely with the key industry associations throughout Australia to deliver events that the industry want to see and we are delighted to be able to formalise our relationship with the Victorian Wine Industry Association”.
